How to prepare for your first consultation
What to bring, what we'll ask, and how to get the most out of your first Electro Homeopathy appointment at Yog Hari Clinic.
A first consultation works best when you arrive prepared. Here is what helps.
Bring your records
- Recent blood reports (last 6–12 months)
- Scans and imaging — ultrasound, X-ray, MRI reports
- Current prescriptions and a written list of everything you take, including supplements, ayurvedic or over-the-counter products
- Any symptom diary you keep — headaches, periods, blood pressure, sugar readings, bowel pattern
Think about the story, not just the symptom
We will ask when the problem started, what makes it better or worse, what treatments you have already tried, how you sleep and eat, and what else was happening in your life around the time it began. It helps to think about this beforehand.
Expect an honest answer about fit
At the end of the visit you should know:
- Whether Electro Homeopathy is a reasonable option for your condition
- Roughly how long treatment is likely to take
- What it will cost
- Whether anything needs to be checked by a specialist first
If the honest answer is “this needs a different kind of doctor”, we will tell you that.
After the visit
You will leave with a starting remedy plan and simple lifestyle advice. Book a review in 3–4 weeks so the plan can be adjusted to how you actually respond — that follow-up is where most of the progress is made.
