What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking technology, and it does not ask you to create an account. The only information you can submit is what you type into the booking form on the Appointment page — your name, phone number, concern, preferred consultation type, preferred date, and any optional notes.

That form does not send your details to a server we operate. When you press "Continue on WhatsApp", your browser builds a pre-filled WhatsApp message containing what you typed and opens WhatsApp with it ready to send — nothing is transmitted anywhere until youpress Send inside WhatsApp itself. If you close the tab or WhatsApp without sending, we never see what you typed.

What happens after you send a WhatsApp message

Once you send that message, it is delivered and stored the same way any WhatsApp message is — through WhatsApp's own service, operated by Meta, under Meta's and WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms. We read and reply to messages sent to the clinic's WhatsApp number to arrange your consultation. We do not use your WhatsApp number for marketing without your consent.

Standard web server logs

Like virtually every website, this site is served through a hosting provider (Cloudflare) that automatically logs basic technical data for security and performance — things like IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors or build profiles, and we do not sell or share it with advertisers.

Fonts and other third-party resources

This site loads its typeface (Geist) from Google Fonts. Loading a font this way involves a request from your browser to Google's servers, which may log standard technical data such as your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy. Contact and directions pages may link out to Google Maps to help you find the clinic; opening that link is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.
